Description
The Town of Union is soliciting bids for demolition and site clearance at 820 Day Hollow Road in Endicott, New York, as part of its FFY 2026 Community Development Block Grant program. The town’s solicitation is contingent on completion of applicable statutory proceedings and further Town Board authorization; the town may reject all bids or cancel the work. Bidders are asked to make good-faith efforts to solicit participation by Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises for labor or materials, as appropriate. Section 3 and M/WBE businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
