Description
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington is soliciting bids for the Hopewell Demolition Project. The contractor must be able to begin work within 15 days of contract execution and complete the work within 30 consecutive calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed. Bids must include a bid guaranty of at least 10% of the total bid. Federal CDBG requirements apply, including prevailing wage, civil rights, affirmative action, and Section 3 provisions.
