Description
The Town of Medway is soliciting sealed general bids to demolish the building structures at 38 and 34 Winthrop Street. Substantial completion is required within 60 days after the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection approves the non-traditional work plan. Bids are subject to prevailing wage requirements, and the general bidder must hold DCAMM demolition certification. No sub-bids will be accepted.
