Description
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington is soliciting bids for the Hopewell Demolition Project, Project No. CD 26-10. The selected contractor must be able to initiate work within 15 days of contract execution and complete it within 30 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The project is subject to applicable HUD and Department of Labor provisions, including federal prevailing wage rates and Section 3 requirements. A bid guaranty of at least 10% of the total bid is required.
