Description
Pinal County seeks qualified individual attorneys to provide legal representation to indigent adults entitled to counsel, including representation in adult criminal matters such as felony and misdemeanor cases, initial appearances, probation violations, mental health commitment proceedings, and other specified proceedings. Contractors must meet Arizona licensing and experience requirements, provide client communication and court representation, and handle case reporting and billing through the County’s case-management system. Paralegal services may be included only when the paralegal is employed by or affiliated with the responding attorney. The County anticipates multiple awards for work assigned as needed, with no guaranteed volume. Compensation is based on the stated hourly and hearing rates. The contract term runs through June 30, 2027, with up to three additional one-year extensions.
