Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to perform helicopter-based chemical application services on federal land administered by the USACE Garrison Project. The work includes surveying for noxious weeds, inventorying infestations with GPS coordinates, species, and acreage data, and applying chemicals through both spot treatment and solid-coverage methods. The contractor must document applications through pesticide application records, GPS datasets or spray tracks, physical or digital maps, and a comprehensive electronic database describing weed infestations. Work must comply with the performance work statement and applicable Federal Aviation Administration regulations for rotorcraft operations.
