Description
The U.S. Air Force is conducting market research for one-time Level 2 cleaning services at Building 1085, the B-52 Shack, at Minot Air Force Base. The anticipated service period is September 28 through October 2, 2026, and the contractor must provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, and cleaning materials necessary to maintain the facility in a clean, neat, and professional condition. The scope includes cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms; vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and concrete ramps; cleaning bedrooms, hallways, stairwells, an auditorium, computer room, game room, laundry room, and gym; wiping refrigerators; dusting eligible surfaces; cleaning drinking fountains; removing trash; and cleaning carpets, mats, stairways, and restrooms to specified standards. The contractor must also provide paper towels, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, and specified trash bags, with supplies sufficient for 150 personnel for seven days. Respondents are asked to describe their capability and availability, provide an estimated planning quote, state whether they accept Government Purchase Card payment, and disclose any applicable credit-card processing fees.
