Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for invasive-plant removal and chemical treatment across approximately 60 total acres within the Reno Management Unit of the Richard J. Dorer Memorial Hardwood Forest. The work includes removing and treating buckthorn, honeysuckle, and other non-native woody plants using basal bark herbicide application methods. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, licensing, fees, taxes, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. Award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and solicitation terms. Responses must be submitted electronically through the State of Minnesota Supplier Portal; email and fax submissions are not accepted.
