The 5th Contracting Squadron requires commercial-grade office furniture on a brand-name-or-equal basis, using Global Furniture Group product lines as the design baseline. The requirement includes one ergonomic L-shaped height-adjustable workstation, mutually exclusive laminate or wood-veneer executive desk and pedestal options, right- and left-handed workstation L-desks, mobile storage pedestals, and optional conference and utility tables. Proposed products must meet the stated dimensional, ergonomic, finish, acoustic-screen, storage, and durability requirements. The award also includes turnkey delivery, regional staging, inside delivery through standard exterior doorways, assembly, leveling, placement, testing, packaging and debris removal, and off-base disposal. Existing government furniture will not be removed. Quotes must include pricing by CLIN, manufacturer product cut sheets, clear color photographs or catalog illustrations for each proposed item, color or finish swatches, company and CAGE/UEI information, point-of-contact details, discount terms, and estimated delivery time. Award will be based on best value, considering price, past performance, product quality, and conformance with the RFQ and attachments.
