Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, licensing, fees, and related incidentals necessary to remove and chemically treat approximately 60 total acres of buckthorn, honeysuckle, and other non-native woody plants using basal herbicide application methods within the Reno Management Unit of the Richard J. Dorer Memorial Hardwood Forest. The solicitation identifies a ship-to location at DNR for Caledonia, 805 N. Highway 44/76. Unit prices must include all costs necessary to complete the project, including labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax, and other incidentals. Award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications, with the state reserving the right to award by item, group, or total.
