Description
The University of Wisconsin–Madison, through its School of Medicine and Public Health and in partnership with UW–La Crosse and affiliated clinical partners, seeks an experienced consulting firm to support implementation and launch readiness for a new Regional Medical Campus. The scope includes project planning, stakeholder and academic-clinical partnership coordination, governance development, medical education and clinical training model implementation, accreditation and regulatory readiness, infrastructure and operational planning, faculty and leadership recruitment support, and financial sustainability planning. Expected deliverables include project workplans, partnership agreements, governance frameworks, accreditation documentation, operational models, workforce plans, clinical training network activation strategies, infrastructure recommendations, and multi-year financial models. Proposals will be evaluated on relevant medical campus and medical education experience, accreditation support, project-team qualifications, complex organizational implementation, rural healthcare and workforce expertise, academic-clinical partnerships, performance measurement, collaboration, recruitment support, and experience with public higher-education institutions. The contract is intended to begin upon successful negotiations and run through September 30, 2027, with an option for a second year by mutual agreement.
