Description
La Crosse Public Library is soliciting bids for Category 2 internal-connection equipment: 31 wireless access points with necessary software and licenses, one switch with necessary software and licenses, and 68 antennas, connectors, and related components. The Form 470 identifies Aruba or equivalent equipment for the access points and one component category, and Hewlett Packard or equivalent equipment for the switch and the other component category. The library will perform installation itself, so vendors must exclude installation labor and associated installation services. Proposals must provide separate cost breakdowns for E-Rate-eligible and ineligible items and clearly identify the bid in the email subject line or other submission documentation. The proposal deadline is September 25, 2026; all questions and submissions are directed to Daniel Whitmore.
