Description
The Ho-Chunk Nation is soliciting proposals for Children's Trust Fund advisory services. Respondents may propose a single service component, multiple components, or a fully integrated solution covering investment advisory, investment management, custodial and safekeeping, and recordkeeping and participant administration services. The requested scope includes investment policy and asset-allocation guidance, manager selection, performance and risk monitoring, portfolio management, trading and rebalancing, custody and settlement, cybersecurity and fraud prevention, beneficiary account recordkeeping, statements, tax reporting, payment processing, participant support, audit support, and coordination among providers. Proposals must address organizational information, relevant experience, staff qualifications, work plan and methodology, references, pricing, and compliance with the RFP. Pricing must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. The successful proposer must maintain specified commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, employer's liability, and professional liability insurance.
