Description
La Crosse Public Library is seeking proposals for an enterprise wireless network upgrade compatible with its existing HPE Aruba environment. The requested equipment includes 27 Aruba AP-735 Wi-Fi 7 indoor access points, four Aruba AP-765 Wi-Fi 7 indoor/outdoor access points, 27 mounting brackets, four wall-mount kits, one HPE Aruba CX 6300M 48-port Layer 3 switch, one HPE 50G QSFP56-to-SFP56 DAC cable, four HPE 1050W power supplies, 31 five-year Aruba Central Foundation AP licenses, and one five-year Aruba Central Foundation switch license. Equipment must support Aruba Central, Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), WPA3, VLANs, quality of service, guest Wi-Fi, 802.1X, IPv4/IPv6, and manufacturer warranties. Equivalent products are permitted only if they demonstrate full compatibility. Vendors must provide a company overview, references, Aruba partner status if applicable, itemized pricing separating E-rate-eligible and ineligible items, delivery timeline, and warranty details. Installation and initial configuration are identified in the service request, while the RFP states that installation may be quoted separately.
