Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, herbicide, licensing, fees, and incidentals necessary to mechanically and chemically remove and treat buckthorn and other specified woody species on approximately 30 acres within Mound Prairie Scientific and Natural Area over two seasons. The bid package includes four mandatory, per-acre tasks: initial treatment of Areas A1 and B (15.5 acres), follow-up treatment of Area A2 (14 acres), consolidation and burning in Area A2 (14 acres), and follow-up treatment of Areas A1 and B (15 acres). Responses must be submitted electronically through the State of Minnesota Supplier Portal; email and fax submissions are not accepted. Bidders must respond to the latest event version, review all event attachments, and comply with all solicitation requirements. Award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and terms and conditions.
