Description
The City of Seattle is seeking qualified vendors to support and mature its Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Power Pages. The scope includes new solution development, architectural guidance, enterprise-system integration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, enhancement of existing applications and flows, governance and security frameworks, lifecycle management, monitoring, reporting, and support for accessibility and digital inclusion. The selected vendor or vendors will provide strategic and technical expertise, project management, change-management support, training, citizen-development enablement, and Center of Excellence support. The solicitation is intended to establish a preferred vendor pool for projects ordered as needs arise; the City does not guarantee utilization. Proposals must address minimum experience qualifications, technical and delivery approach, pricing for project manager, business analyst, and developer resources, references, and the required Consultant Questionnaire. The written proposal is limited to 15 pages, excluding permitted resumes and strategic-plan or governance-document examples.
