Description
Rahway Board of Education is soliciting competitive bid pricing for athletic supplies and clothing for the winter season. The solicitation requires bidders to submit sealed bids and comply with applicable New Jersey affirmative-action and equal-employment requirements. The bid package includes required forms and documents, including a statement of ownership identifying owners with at least a 10 percent interest, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification.
