Wayne-Westland Community Schools is soliciting sealed bids for district-wide monumental signage under its 2025 Bond Issue. The bid package includes separate divisions for exterior signage and electrical work, with bidding documents prepared by TMP Architecture. Bids must include sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure, Iran Linked Business, and Criminal Background Check affidavits. The project is subject to Michigan prevailing-wage requirements for Wayne County, and bidders must be registered with the State of Michigan as required by law. A bid security equal to 5% of the bid is required. The successful bidder must provide required insurance certificates and bonds before work begins; a performance bond and labor and material payment bond, each equal to 100% of the contract price, may be required.
