Description

The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response is soliciting a single-award, five-year IDIQ contract for comprehensive emergency-response logistics and wraparound services supporting public-health emergency preparedness, response, and recovery. Task orders may require CONUS, OCONUS, U.S. territory, or host-nation performance and may involve establishing and operating field sites for medically displaced populations, inpatient clinical operations, responders, non-medical attendants, and family members. The scope spans incident-management and planning, transportation and ambulance services, meals and catering, community housing and responder billeting, laundry, portable toilets and showers, hydration and water services, waste and hazardous-materials management, material handling, refrigerated storage, oxygen and power generation, exterior lighting, custodial and pest-control services, medical supplies and pharmaceuticals, blood/plasma and laboratory services, medical-records maintenance, facilities management, camp setup, firefighting, logistics and supply management, retrograde operations, morale and recreation, and medical diagnostic equipment. The contractor must provide personnel, equipment, materials, facilities, life support, and rapid mobilization, including response to contracting-officer notifications within two hours and CONUS mobilization beginning within 24 hours to four days after task-order receipt.
