The Vermont Army National Guard awarded a contract for up to 150 ski and snow helmets in Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large sizes. The helmets must meet the solicitation’s product description and salient characteristics, be certified to ASTM F2040 standards, and be compliant with the Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS). Domestic sourcing restrictions were waived under an approved Individual Nonavailability Determination.
