Description
The Glynn County School System is seeking one or more vendors with exclusive rights to supply athletic uniforms, equipment, apparel, supplies, and accessories for four middle schools and two high schools. The scope includes team uniforms, practice gear, competition shoes, warm-up suits, coaching apparel and shoes, travel bags, strength and conditioning equipment, socks, football equipment, and related products. All products must be new, and vendors must provide warranty information, timely packaging and shipping, presorted team shipments, an online year-round apparel store, and a customer service representative to meet with coaches on campus two days per month. Related services include screen printing and embroidery; helmet reconditioning is optional. The contract is scheduled to run from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2032. Proposers must submit pricing through the provided Cost Proposal Form and include product specifications or a complete materials listing, warranty information, implementation plan and timeline, company and key-employee information, references, required certifications and affidavits, and other specified proposal forms and documentation. The school system may make multiple awards or award by line item, group, or aggregate basis.
