Submission Instructions
Description
The City of Mobile is soliciting sealed bids for sporting equipment on an all-or-none basis. Bidders must sign their bids, include any issued addenda, and submit the response in a sealed envelope marked with bid number 6073 and the bid opening date. Faxed and emailed responses will be rejected. The bid is subject to a cone-of-silence provision, and all bids are F.O.B. destination unless otherwise stated.
