Description
Hazleton Area School District is soliciting item-level bids for a broad range of winter and spring athletic supplies and equipment. The catalog includes sports equipment and accessories for basketball, baseball, softball, track and field, swimming, wrestling, lacrosse, tennis, volleyball, and other school athletic programs, as well as uniforms, apparel, footwear, bags, protective equipment, training equipment, scorebooks, and customized items. Some items specify particular manufacturers or models and prohibit substitutions, while others allow approved equals or require design approval before production. Bidders must submit firm delivered net prices, may bid on individual items rather than the entire catalog, and must include freight and delivery costs in pricing. The bid requires a 5% certified check or bid bond, a notarized non-collusion affidavit, the applicable executed proposal form, an information sheet, and a completed Microsoft Excel bid spreadsheet. The spreadsheet must be emailed electronically, while the remaining required bid materials must be mailed in a sealed envelope by the deadline.
