Description
Fort Wayne Community Schools is soliciting sealed bids from a single prime contractor to complete Phase 2 HVAC improvements at the Helen P. Brown Natatorium. The work includes all labor, materials, and services required by the project drawings and specifications prepared by Primary Engineering, Inc. The project documents include HVAC systems and controls, hydronic piping, ductwork, air-handling and conditioning equipment, ventilation, and related electrical work, including wiring, panelboards, transformers, lighting, and fire alarm systems. A bid security equal to 5% of the bid is required. The successful bidder must provide performance and labor and material payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount, after contract execution.
