Description
Whitko Community School Corporation is soliciting proposals for symmetrical Internet access scalable from approximately 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, with guaranteed throughput, laddered pricing, public IPv4 address options, provider-owned handoff equipment, pathway and network-topology details, and a proposed service-level agreement. The Internet service must support 99.99% network availability, defined packet-loss, latency, and jitter commitments, 24/7/365 trouble reporting, outage-repair commitments, and monthly and annual performance reporting. Respondents must also describe any installation or special-construction costs separately from recurring charges and support E-Rate review requirements. The district is also seeking fully managed, technology-neutral WAN data transmission services, including approximately 10 Gbps connection options between each endpoint and the head-end at 710 N IN 5, Larwill, Indiana. Endpoints include Whitko Transportation & Maintenance, Pierceton Elementary School, South Whitley Elementary School, and Whitko Junior/Senior High School. Proposals must price sites individually, allow service-level changes during the contract term, describe the proposed transmission medium, topology, handoffs, dedicated capacity, onsite equipment, and SLA performance, and include complete recurring and nonrecurring pricing. Responses must include three similar-service references, an E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract. The requested contract term is approximately one to five years, with voluntary extensions considered.
