The Army Reserve seeks a lease for approximately 62,000 square feet of facilities and grounds to support deployment-readiness vehicle maintenance. The requested space includes 8,715 square feet of shop maintenance space, 1,164 square feet of indoor ground-maintenance support space, 8,100 square feet of fenced secure military equipment parking, and a 44,775-square-foot service-access apron. The apron must be sealed concrete capable of supporting a 60-ton vehicle; maintenance bay doors must be at least 12 feet wide by 14 feet high. The site must have access to public utilities and major roadway corridors, with roadways suitable for commercial transport vehicles. The lease has a one-year base term and four one-year renewal options, for up to five years total. The Army Reserve will use the land, facilities, and infrastructure for vehicular maintenance.
