Description
Carthage Water & Electric Plant is seeking quotes for technical outside-plant stock materials. The requested items are 10,000 feet of 144-fiber ADSS cable, specified as OFS part number AT-3CE27DT-144-CLCB and CWEP stock number 910145, and five Deltec cable support system strap-body 50-foot reels, specified as Deltec TYD-50R and CWEP stock number 598989. Vendors must confirm all part numbers and certify that they are authorized distributors, based on manufacturer representation, to sell the products in Carthage, Missouri. Alternate products may be considered with department approval if the quote includes the brand, part number, and specification sheet. Responses must include completed required information, agree to the purchase-order terms and conditions, and enter pricing directly into the bidding system; line-item pricing entered there controls in the event of discrepancies. The solicitation also requires the vendor's authorized representative to sign the bid.
