Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County is soliciting sealed bids for the procurement of BEAD fiber optic cable in accordance with the contract specifications. The contract will be awarded to the qualified bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid. Bids must be submitted on the proposal form furnished with the specifications in a separately sealed envelope; electronic bids will not be accepted. A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of a certified or cashier's check or surety bond. Small, minority-, and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. The procurement is funded or partially funded through a federal BEAD NTIA award to the Washington State Broadband Office.
