Description
The Utility Board of the City of Key West, operating Keys Energy Services, seeks unit pricing and a term contract for the procurement, delivery, installation, integration, connection, testing, maintenance, repair, and support of fiber optic network systems and related cabling. The scope includes aerial and underground fiber optic cable, conduit, terminations, splice closures, patch panels, pull boxes, communications cabinets, connectors, fusion splicing, optical testing, and associated labor and equipment. Work may include routine, emergency, and time-and-material services, with specified response times for emergency trouble, routine trouble, and business-as-usual requests. The contract covers work within the City of Key West to Marathon, Florida, and includes proposal pricing for labor, equipment, materials, installation, repair, and related services. Proposers must submit capability and experience information, references, pricing, and the required proposal forms and statements, including insurance documentation or an insurance agent's statement, a bidder's statement, a safety compliance affidavit, a drug-free workplace statement, and a notarized public entity crimes sworn statement.
