Description
The City of Springfield is soliciting bids for a foam fractionation PFAS removal and destruction process at the Northwest Treatment Plant. The project includes the treatment process and associated infrastructure, including an equalization tank and related plumbing, electrical, communications, and process interconnections. The project is subject to applicable Missouri prevailing-wage or federal Davis-Bacon requirements, using the wage determination with the higher wage rate and more protective requirements. Bidders must submit a signed and notarized Work Authorization Affidavit and electronic E-Verify signature page. The City encourages participation by DBE, MBE, and WBE businesses and states that the project is financed through Missouri's State Revolving Fund and federal capitalization grants.
