Description
The 502d Contracting Squadron is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for 26 line items of commercial telecommunications materials supporting relocation of government infrastructure for a municipal drainage project. Required supplies include Superior Essex copper cable; Corning single-mode fiber optic cable, connector housings, and splice cassettes; PLP splice closures, grommet kits, and splice trays; flexible detectable innerduct; electrical tape; cable markers and ties; splice protection sleeves; cleaning wipes and tools; duct seal compound; cable rack hooks; copper splice connector modules; measuring pull tape; and a cable-pulling swivel. Items may be quoted on a brand-name-or-equal basis and must meet the stated salient characteristics. The acquisition is a 100% total small-business set-aside under NAICS 334111. Offerors must submit pricing for all 26 CLINs, a signed SF 1449, a capability statement identifying their small-business status and active SAM.gov registration, confirmation of compliance with the 180-day-after-award delivery schedule, and technical descriptive literature for any equal products. No installation, testing, splicing, or site-preparation services are required; the scope is limited to supplying and delivering the materials.
