Description
Union County is soliciting a single-prime contractor to perform lump-sum exterior envelope repairs at its Government Center. The scope includes replacement of floor drains and surrounding concrete topping slab; masonry tuckpointing at brick veneer locations; concrete spall repairs; guardrail post pocket repairs; sealant replacement at first-floor elevated concrete deck joints; and window glass replacement at selected locations. Bidders must hold a North Carolina contractor license and provide the license number on the sealed bid envelope. Each bid must include a non-collusion affidavit and either a 5% bid bond or an allowable cash, cashier’s check, or certified check deposit. The solicitation encourages good-faith outreach to small business entities.
