Description
The City of Brentwood is soliciting proposals for concrete paving improvements at the Cool Springs House. The work includes removing and replacing the entire aggregate driveway with a four-inch compacted gravel base, six-gauge concrete mesh, and six-inch exposed-aggregate concrete rated at 4,000 PSI; constructing a 60-by-40-foot concrete tent pad with excavation, rock fill, gravel base, mesh, six-inch exposed-aggregate concrete, and dirt backfill; and replacing three sidewalk areas with a four-inch gravel base, mesh, and four-inch exposed-aggregate concrete. The project also requires soft-cut joints and commercial brown aggregate sealer across the completed work. Aggregate concrete must be sourced from either IMI or Applied Materials. Proposals must include an executive summary, firm profile and experience, pricing information, conflict-of-interest information, exceptions, acknowledgment of the sample contract, references for at least three similar projects, and the required Iran Divestment Certification Form.
