Description
The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency is soliciting bids for recurring leaf removal at multiple properties. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to remove fallen leaves, small twigs, and related debris from lawns, parking lots, walkways, sidewalks, planting beds, driveways, curbs, gutters, drain grates, entryways, loading zones, and recreational areas. Work must prevent slip hazards, clogged drains, and damage to turf, shrubs, fixtures, vehicles, and mulch; debris may not be blown into streets, storm drains, neighboring properties, or public rights-of-way. The contractor must haul yard waste off site in compliance with local disposal regulations and leave each site clean. Service is expected during November and December of each contract year, with additional January service potentially requested based on weather or debris accumulation. The contract is for one year with two additional one-year renewal options, and MDHA may make multiple awards. Required bid materials include the provided bid sheet, client references, bidder representations and certifications, prime contractor/subcontractor/supplier information, a business license copy, and signed addenda when applicable.
