Description
This private-sector construction opportunity involves subcontractor work for a new approximately 50,302-square-foot ALDI grocery store and parking structure in Nashville, Tennessee. The project includes a 23,770-square-foot lower-level concrete parking garage, a ground-level structural-steel-framed retail store, and approximately 686 square feet of exterior canopy. Trade scopes may include demolition, grading, site utilities and stormwater work, paving, striping and signage, landscaping, concrete, rebar, masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, stainless steel, exterior wall panels, millwork, caulking, overhead doors, storefronts and windows, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, ceramic tile, toilet accessories, elevators, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinklers, and electrical work. Garage-specific work includes stairs and railings and sprayed insulation/fireproofing beneath the garage slab and beams. Refrigeration and roofing membrane work are furnished or bid directly by others, but affected trades must include required rough-ins, penetrations, blocking, curbs, drains, and coordination. Sitework bidders may not use blasting. Proposals must identify inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, and alternates, and applicable state licenses and insurance information must be provided.
