Description
The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority is soliciting proposals for the continuous operation of its public parking facilities and valet services at Nashville International Airport. The contractor must provide 24/7/365 staffing, training, customer service, leadership, management, and operational control for both parking and valet facilities. The scope includes management and maintenance of the parking revenue control and access system (PARCS), PCI compliance, parking guidance systems, roadway and website parking signage, abandoned-vehicle removal, janitorial services, snow removal, valet-management-system operations, passenger transportation including ADA accommodations when applicable, electronic valet signage, car-wash services, and janitorial services for designated valet areas. The contractor must provide ongoing performance updates, industry expertise, and recommendations for continuous improvement. The proposal must be submitted electronically through the buyer's e-bidding platform, and attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory.
