Description
LEAD Public Schools is soliciting a turnkey security-system solution for a new approximately 59,000-square-foot elementary school campus. The selected provider must be currently authorized by Verkada and furnish all required labor, equipment, materials, structured cabling, mounting hardware, software, licenses, programming, configuration, testing, commissioning, training, warranty, support, and closeout documentation. The anticipated scope includes seven multiplex cameras, 17 biplex dome cameras, 10 single cameras, 14 access-control systems with Aiphone integration, employee card-reader access points, associated controllers and door interfaces, network and Power over Ethernet equipment, and all related infrastructure. The provider must conduct a site survey, coordinate with the construction and IT teams, deliver at least three comparable project references, submit a technical and pricing proposal, and provide a five-year total cost of ownership covering initial project costs and recurring licensing. The initial contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year renewal periods.
