Description
The Pacific Community (SPC) is seeking proposals for enterprise backup, recovery, and disaster recovery services. The selected contractor will be responsible for protecting SPC's data and systems across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments, including physical servers, virtual machines, databases, Microsoft 365, Business Central, Entra, GitHub, and public cloud workloads. The services must ensure demonstrable recoverability within defined RTO and RPO targets, with a focus on recoverability testing and assurance. The contract will be a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) with an initial term of one year, renewable for up to three additional years. Services are to be delivered primarily remotely, with the primary locations being Noumea, New Caledonia and Suva, Fiji.
