Description
The Rapides Parish School Board is soliciting sealed bids for improvements to Pineville High School under project #2025-08 and RPSB Bid #52-26-05. The solicitation references construction drawings, specifications, a bid form, an owner-contractor agreement, and bid, performance, and payment bond forms. Bids are due by 2:00 P.M. Central time on September 29, 2026, and will be publicly opened immediately afterward. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 15, 2026. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract amount, and each bidder must submit bid security of at least 5% of the total bid price. Bidding documents may be obtained from the architect or through the identified plan rooms and electronic bidding platform.
