Description
The Central Louisiana Regional Port is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the High-Water Hardstand Extension. Bidders may submit sealed paper bids or electronic bids through Central Auction House. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the bidder’s maximum bid price is required in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100 percent of the contract amount, with sureties named in U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570.
