The City of Alexandria, Louisiana is soliciting sealed bids for an Annual Requirements Contract for Water, Wastewater, Natural Gas and General (Site Related) Systems for 2026. The contract is intended to cover repairs, upgrades, and other improvements to the city's public utility assets as defined by the City of Alexandria Utilities Division. The initial contract term is one year, with the option to renew annually by mutual consent for up to two additional years. Bidders must submit a bid security of at least 5% of the total bid price, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds each in the amount of $1,000,000. Bidding documents may be obtained from Pan American Engineers, LLC upon a deposit of $150 per set, or electronically through Central Bidding. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City Council Office on September 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time.
