Description
The Central Louisiana Regional Port is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of one portable multimodal industrial lift truck with a 55,000-pound capacity as part of its Strategic Port Enhancement for Efficiency and Defense project, funded through the United States Marine Highway Program grant. The solicitation concerns the supply of the lift truck rather than an identified installation or service scope. Bids may be submitted by mail or electronically through Central Bidding. Electronic bidders must register, obtain a digital signature certificate, and include the required bid security and power of attorney. The successful bidder must have an active Unique Entity ID before award and comply with applicable DBE outreach provisions, Title VI requirements, and federal restrictions on covered telecommunications equipment or services.
