Description
Rapides Parish Police Jury seeks an engineering firm to provide as-needed, on-call technical staff augmentation for pre-disaster preparedness, emergency response, and post-disaster recovery related to storms, hurricanes, flooding, and other emergencies. Required capabilities may include engineering, inspection, surveying, construction coordination, computer-aided design, infrastructure damage assessments, hazard mitigation, and recovery support. The selected firm will support rapid mobilization when emergency conditions arise and help the Parish maintain eligibility for applicable federal and state disaster reimbursement programs, including FEMA and Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery programs. The procurement packet contains the preliminary scope and evaluation criteria; the Parish expects to begin contract negotiations after selecting the successful respondent. Proposers must have active SAM.gov registration and a valid Unique Entity Identifier at submission.
