Description
The Rapides Parish School Board is soliciting bids for the purchase of cafeteria equipment and supplies. Specifications and bid forms must be obtained from the Purchasing Department or the designated online bidding site. Bidders must provide bid security equal to 5% of the total bid in the form of a bid bond issued by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana. Bids may be submitted electronically or delivered in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the vendor and solicitation. The award will be made at a later School Board meeting rather than on the bid-opening date.
