Description
Pasco County is seeking a vendor to provide revenue-generating commercial advertising services for transit benches at bus stops throughout the GoPasco service area. The selected vendor will have exclusive rights to market and place approved commercial advertisements on the benches it maintains, with compensation to the vendor coming from advertising revenue and monthly payments made to the County for each bench. The scope includes designing and furnishing ADA-compliant benches; obtaining permits; installing, maintaining, cleaning, repairing, and removing benches; selling, producing, installing, replacing, and removing advertisements; maintaining grounds and trash receptacles; and providing transition and operating plans. The vendor must submit at least two bench designs, comply with applicable ADA, FDOT, building, land-development, and advertising requirements, obtain County approval of advertising before installation, and remove inappropriate or expired advertisements within specified timeframes. Pricing must cover bench types and annual rates for Years 1 through 10, including separate rates for existing pads and locations requiring new concrete pads. The initial contract term is five years, with up to five additional one-year renewal terms.
