Description
The Village of Lincolnshire is soliciting proposals for comprehensive landscape maintenance across Village streetscapes, park and street planting beds, roadway medians and rights-of-way, Village Hall, the Public Works Facility, lift stations, residential cul-de-sacs, corridors, parks, and open spaces. Services include mowing, edging, trimming, hand weeding, pruning, mulching, leaf and debris removal, turf aeration and restoration, fertilization, pest and weed management, plant replacement recommendations, and maintenance of landscaped medians and pathways. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, traffic control, and related services. The work includes recurring mowing and maintenance schedules, weekly reporting, coordination with the Public Works Department, real-time work completion reporting through a Village-supplied application, and compliance with applicable Illinois prevailing-wage, pesticide, traffic-control, and safety requirements. The contract has a 2027 base year with renewable option years in 2028 and 2029, subject to performance and mutual agreement.
