Description
North Chicago Public Library is requesting proposals for commercial wireless data service and associated hotspot equipment to provide Wi-Fi within its mobile bookmobiles. The solicitation identifies two lines with a requested capacity range of 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps and requires a fully functional turnkey solution, including all necessary components, installation, and initial configuration. Proposals must provide specific per-unit pricing, separate one-time equipment, installation, and configuration costs from monthly recurring service costs, and describe any included features such as equipment warranties, firewall service, client access control, VPN and routing, usage reporting, or filtering. The proposal must include the vendor's E-Rate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), reflect Lowest Corresponding Price, GSA pricing, and applicable governmental discounts, and exclude equipment from companies designated as national security risks under FCC Order 19-121.
