Description
The Homewood-Flossmoor Park District is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide non-alcoholic beverage vending services at multiple Park District facilities. The selected licensee will install, operate, maintain, service, and replace vending machines, coolers, and related beverage dispensing equipment on a seven-day-per-week, year-round basis. The Park District will stock the equipment and retain vending revenues. The selected firm must offer an initial and annual license fee, donated products or other consideration, reduced-cost beverages for Park District concession operations, insurance, indemnification, and compliance with applicable laws. Proposers must demonstrate comparable experience, the ability to provide continuous service, trained maintenance personnel, accurate product-dispensing records, and at least five references. The proposal must include pricing, donated-product commitments, insurance information, references, and the completed certification and compliance attachment.
