Description
The Village of Northbrook is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of approximately 2,680 linear feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer cure-in-place liner and 130 linear feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer cure-in-place liner along Walters Avenue. The work is subject to Illinois prevailing-wage requirements and the Employment of Illinois Works on Public Works Act. Bids must be sealed, signed, submitted by the deadline, and accompanied by a bid bond or certified or cashier's check payable to the Village of Northbrook for at least 10% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish performance and labor-and-material payment bonds, each for the full contract price. Bidders must obtain the bid package through QuestCDN and appear on the official plan holder list; paper copies will not be provided.
