Description
The Village of Wilmette is soliciting environmental testing services for its 2027 Capital Improvement Program projects. The selected consultant will conduct soil analysis using existing pH data or obtain field samples as needed, prepare Clean Construction and Demolition Debris (CCDD) certifications and laboratory reports for soil disposal, and provide approval letters from local facilities that will accept spoils from the project sites. The scope covers road, alley, brick street, asphalt-over-brick street, sewer repair, valve installation, parking lot, and public works excavation-spoils testing. Pricing is requested for potentially impacted property inventory, soil analysis and reporting, specified project locations, up to five separate public works samples during the year, and up to twelve additional field samples. Respondents must have at least five years of similar experience and current Illinois Department of Transportation prequalification in Environmental Reports. The proposal must include qualifications, at least five similar contracts completed within the past five years with references, project-team resumes, completed proposal forms, certifications, and IDOT certification. Final reports are due by December 18, 2026.
